Delivery
The National House Sitting Association South Africa (NHSASA) is committed to providing a reliable and efficient delivery service to our clients. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our door-to-door delivery service.
Delivery Charges
Our door-to-door delivery service is available for parcels weighing under 5 kilograms.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to most areas in South Africa. However, for outlying areas or inaccessible areas, clients may be required to collect their packages from the depot nearest to their delivery address.
Collection from Depot
In cases where collection from a depot is required, clients will be notified in advance and provided with the depot’s address and contact details.
Insurance
Please note that insurance is excluded from our delivery service. Clients are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage for their packages, if desired.
Liability
NHSASA shall not be liable for any loss or damage to packages during transit, unless such loss or damage is directly attributed to our negligence or failure to exercise reasonable care.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and other factors. We will make every effort to deliver packages within a reasonable timeframe, but we do not guarantee a specific delivery time.
Changes to Delivery Policy
NHSASA reserves the right to modify this Delivery Policy at any time, without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review our Delivery Policy regularly for any updates or changes.
By using our delivery service, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of this Delivery Policy.
Returns
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and services. However, we understand that sometimes returns are unavoidable. This returns policy applies to all products purchased from us.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
1. The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and instructions intact.
3. The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, damage, or tampering.
4. The customer must provide a valid reason for the return, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team via email at info@nhsasa.co.za to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
2. Provide a detailed reason for the return, along with any relevant photos or documentation.
3. Once the RMA number is issued, the customer must return the product to NHSASA’s designated address within 7 days.
4. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is deemed faulty or was sent in error by NHSASA.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once the returned product is received and evaluated, we will:
1. Issue a refund for the full amount of the product.
2. Issue a refund for the full amount of the product, minus a 15% restocking fee, if the customer changes their mind or orders the wrong product.
Digital Product Purchases
Prior to purchase, we provide a thorough and detailed description of our digital products on our website. This allows our customers to make an informed decision about whether the product is suitable for their needs and expectations. Once a digital product is purchased, it is considered a final sale. Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. It is essential that customers carefully review the product descriptions, features, and specifications before making a purchase, as all sales are final.
Imported Products
Please note that, due to some of our products being imported, returns may incur additional costs and processing time. In some cases, it may not be possible to return or exchange products that are sourced from international suppliers. In such cases, we will work with the customer to find a suitable solution.
Warranty and Guarantee
We stands behind the quality of our products. If a product is deemed faulty or defective, we will replace it or offer a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined above.
